The worst angle is below the face, at chest level aiming up at the face.

A quick google and I can't find any, although I doubt any chad is going to release them to the world.

Some people claim to not photograph well. But these people often contort their facial musculature unconsciously to correct asymmetries when they observe themselves in the mirror. Also, autistic people don´t photograph well because of RBF or "dead eyes".

also it depends on what kind of chad they are. if they have perfect proportions they will look about the same, if they have an oversized feature or not very wide jaw they will look worse

If you take a pic for the worst angle possible, with the worst lighting possible, yeah, it'll probably take like 2 points away from them, but it's still not enough to ruin their looks if they're really Chads.
