Can I use AI to write me a cover letter for a job application then edit it to feel more hand written? Don’t feel like writing allat

This should work right? I mean if I edit it after then it would look like I wrote it. If it’s all good then which AI should I use?

I’ll tell it all the information I need based on how the example draft for the cover letter is written, then of course I’ll edit it.
