if you really want to know the answer to that question the best thing you can do is go on looksmax.org or something and post your face and people will tell you if its over or not

and for your height your not a turbomanlet so its not exactly over as long as you have a decent or at least fixable face eg surgerymaxxable face and not a face thats impossible to fix with plastic surgery

if you cant afford the 20,000$ to fix whatever problems you have with your face or if you are a truecel and have too many problems on your face to fix then its over and the best options are going to be LDARing and picking copes
