You can inject SJW bullshit with diversity quotas in your hiring and grad student applications, but that only goes so far, because the students and PhD holders still need to be properly qualified for the applications.
It might be like this in some engineering with the engineering-specific math and science courses, but not in maths or computer science. You have to know your shit inside and out and be able to produce code.
