Not if you get on treatments TODAY. If you're a good responder to finasteride you should be able to regrow and maintain, if you didn't respond, hop on dutasteride and don't forget to add minoxidil 5% and nizoral shampoo to the regimen.

I'm NW2 with frontal diffuse thinning which prevents me from even styling my hair. I'm still 18, but i'll hop on dutasteride and minoxidil in 2 weeks to maintain and thicken my hair and in the near future i'll get chemically castrated to stop hair loss forever.
