There are health benefits to working out or exercising in general, just do walks/runs/cycleon a bike, ect. No need to become a roidhead. If anything it can make you seen as (somehow) even LESS desirable since most people know that short guys want to make up for their short stature... ergo they're seen as insecure. Nothing screams it more than a roided-up dwarf who bench presses 200 lbs. Don't let that be you brocel.

Also keep in mind your diet. You need to have a healthy and balanced diet according to your caloric needs. What this means is just eat well, no sweets, no fast food, cut on carbs (sugar) and have more protein (meat). Also cut down on salt. This alone can make your health skyrocket.

Take it easy in the gym, don't overdo it. Lifting injuries can have very bad consequences down the line, especially if they're joint related.
If you just want to reap the health benefits from lifting then keep in mind there are easier and less costly ways to do it. Cardio is free, but lifting requires equipment or a gym membership, which costs money.

@Gokubro that dude is a twink, thats def achievable for ppl, the thing is, will you have his hair and face? no, but if u mean purely muscle, thats def attainable. bone structure and muscle insertions+bellies all acc for if youre going to be aesthetic or not, but i do believe everyone can get relatively big(30bmi, 25-30%bf) , maybe not asians and curries, but other races sure. if you want to just be lean and muh toned, milk out your newbie gains, bulk for a yr, then cut.

go for whatever you want bro, but the main thing youll need to endure is long states of being heavy in order to obtain tissue on your frame, most guys never make much progress becuz theyre scared to gain weight. after a couple heavy bulks youll be good. the thing ive noticed is most ppl dont have that burning desire to push themselves to the max in the gym, everyone trains like a bitch and then they wonder why they cant make any progress. theres lots of info out there for building a physique, but its not a one size fits all. if youre consistent youre going to see progress lol. what you put in is what you get out, obv others can have better genetics, but im talking about you as a person.

I have been gymaxxing for 2 years but still look like a twink like in those pics. I mostly trained like a power lifter for 1.5 years. Only since past 6 months ive been training with a lot of sets to failure and at a lower weight. I mostly gained strength tbh. I'm one of thr strongest guys in thr gym for my bodyweight but I still look like shit.

tbh naturally lean youll always have somewhat of a twinkish look in clothes. you dont look like shit lol its becuz everyone online is on roids, i can legit spot whos on stuff and whos not from a million miles away in my local gym, theres way more bubbly nitrogen retention and muscle fullness when youre on, also maybe you arent hitting arms directly, you need a specific arm day, guys think ppl will get them huge arms but its not always like that lol, i needed a day specifically for bis n tris for my arms to grow

Yea. I mostly do heavy compound lifts. I don't train any muscle group particularly. Maybe leg extensions and leg curls.

i do ppl but throw in a specific arm day once a week and split my leg day one quad focused day where i hit heavy squat heavy hack sq heavy leg press heavy leg ex, then the next leg day heavy rdls heavy curls, heavy seated curls, its abt changing things up sometimes if your body gets used to ur routine it wont grow anymore, you gotta shock the muscle, some say its broscience but its always been legit for me. just dont switch shit up every month lol, but every couple months

Average non asian can get lean and a good amount of muscle. Nothing crazy and they don’t look like a lifter with a shirt but still toned and somewhat muscular. Average rice gets nothing but minor strength gains.
