I'm always hearing nofappers talk about it being a trial of self control and will power, well aren't you guys actually just substituting another form of pleasure to help you fight the urge (unknowingly). I don't smoke or drink, my libido has always been high, and its not a coincidence that I happen to refrain from substances that are known to lower your libido (smoking and drinking).

So this is just me trying to get an honest poll of how your actions compare to your words.

I'm trying to gauge whether these guys are unknowingly just supplicating their sexual urges with other pleasurable stimuli via drugs, thereby defeating the entire purpose of nofap. Though its rather "cult like" so I'm expecting many to lie just for the sake of "keep up appearances" of the group. I'm pretty sure most if not all use some kind of modern/normalized recreational drug.
