Yes you can employ the homeless once my drug dealer nigger friends they kept littering so I complained to them and told them to clean it up so they got a crackhead and gave him a bag of crack to clean the street he did a pretty good job tbh but he was getting annoyed at the end and swearing randomly at thin air
