You're literally just getting fat from that, even bulktards will tell you to not go for a 500 cal surplus. Also when you cut to get rid of all that fat remember that you're permanently lowering your BMR, no amount of caloric surplus or HIIT will bring it back up

Lmao at this utter redpill cope. I have been bulking for months (at least 500-600 surplus every day) eating the best food I can find and drinking anything I want and it has been enjoyable for sure. You can keep starving yourself but I won't, idc if I get fat, better to be fatter and somewhat okay with this life than to be skinny and depressed

Yes extreme calorie deficit does make u lose libido, when i cut down to 145lbs i had 0 libido and wasnt jacking off at all. Greg doucette is a con artist and maingaining is complete bs, you cant put on any legit mass at a 100cal surplus as a natural, theres 0 fucking point to short change urself and make ur progress so slow/non existant, ur bulk would literally last for years for no reason

For some reason while I can bench 200lbs for 1 which is somewhat decent at my weight, I only bench 154lbs for around 8 reps or so which is a little over a plate. I tried coping with 5x5 for a while so maybe that’s why. When I can bench 200lbs for 8 reps i’ll be happy.
