You gotta be on tribal registers to get any of that. I don't know what all is involved in getting on them, but I think it's gonna take a bit more than shaving your beard.
I'm wading into dangerous territory here, but in terms of social treatment, I think you're better off as an ethnic (especially if you're an immigrant yourself) than as a native. They're really treated like shit and seen suspiciously, natives are ironically seen as more foreign than foreigners. Even SJWs, for all the lip service they give, in my experience treat native americans noticeably worse than they treat their other pets, or hold them in lower regard at least.

It doesn't work like that. You need to bring in documentation of your native heritage to get benefits.
