UPDATE:
witness said the shooter was a player in the tournament that LOST and got angry AF

reports saying the shooter is dead + 4 other deads. 15-20 injured.
also some reports saying the shooter killed himself - seems police failed once again.

UPDATE 2:
confirmed - the shooter was a gamer that lost and after he finished shooting he killed himself.
