I smashed my face when I fell. Shit sucks ass but thankfully the damage was just broken facial bones, and I lost some teeth. Not any tearing like this guy, his bottom teeth still look good so who knows and possibly the damage is just to this upper jaw and they can stitch him up and put some plastics to hold it in place while it heals because facial fractures are hard to mend via surgery, his upper jaw is definitely going to need plates though.

Looks like two pieces of unrelated footage spliced together. The second is maybe a machete attack victim or something. Landing on a pool ledge while doing a flip probably wouldn't create this severe of an injury. The slice looks far too clean as well. The man in the first video also looks to have darker skin, no beard, and doesn't have those light patches of skin on his chest, though it's hard to discern.
