Venting Brainfog

I am nearing 30 yo, and my intellectual abilities have taken a huge hit these last years.

Plagued with brain fog, it's very difficult to think straight forward and often I feel like i am losing balance.
It's as if I am on booze or heavy benzo dose, while i haven't taken any on years.

Wait do you think that's from past heavy benzo use and just permanent changes to your brain from that or where you never really that frequent of a user and think its from social isolation? Benzos are a potent drug only ever taken any on very rare occasions and then it's been due to alcohol withdrawal and I've taken the lowest possible dose even argued with doctors for lower doses before one kept trying to push for a higher one I said I'd just not take it if they bring me such a dose.

I did heavy benzo use for a month, 5 years ago. So, I don't think it's the source of my brainfog.

It's just that I feel the same way without consuming anything.

Yes but wasn't sure if you where implying it was that since you said haven't done it in years but also say your cognitive decline took a hit for several years so wasn't sure if those two coincided.
