- Normie anime like Death Note and Attack on titan. Combine it with some darker anime like Kaiji and Welcome to the NHK since you'll be depressed
- High school focused anime with some plot. You want to groom yourself to enjoy HS anime so you can imagine life as a non-incel in a better world
- Harem anime. You'll need to learn how to self-insert and these will help you do so
- Get into 2D porn. Start the shift from watching real life foids doing sex to 2D, with the end goal being you only being able to coom to foids that aren't real.
- Now you're ready for slice of life anime. Watching anime with no male characters is ideal, since it will be utterly free of reminders of your own existence as a NEETcel.
- Watch loli SoL, as in slice of life with lolis being cute. The benefit of them is that they're not only free of males, but also of high school aged foids or at least ones that look older. As a result you won't even be reminded of IRL whores while watching them.
- If you haven't already, start playing eroge (Japanese porn games). I recommend playing long plot heavy ones while also playing fap games like Onii-kiss. You need to play Onii-kiss
- Start learning Kanji. By being able to read Japanese, you'll gain the ability to play countless non-translated eroge. Also learn to speak it and continue until you're fluent in both.
- Write a will, though you wont have anything to leave behind so just a note will do. If you've reached this stage your health should have deteriorated severely. But you'll have accepted death long ago so it's fine
