Was just re-reading this old article:
And I noticed this:
The major single nucleotide polymorphism in SLC24A5 gene marks the difference between up to 38% of the difference of pigmentation between West Africans and Europeans. According to the study, another SNP also has a major influence on Indian or Asian skin color.
In other words, there is just one gene mutation that explains at least 38% of the color difference between European whites and African blacks.
Is this wild to think about or what?
They don't quantify how much of a difference there is for Indian/Asian tones.
But in principle, if there's only 1-5 genes necessary to turn dark skin white, it will only be a few short generations at most before people are gene editing their embryos to make them white. This would be very easy to change.
I am absolutely convinced the next big generations of whites will be born in places like India and China, not Europe. Since European whites have stopped reproducing and Indians/Chinese have the strongest ambition to become white. The technology is not far off at all. If human experimentation was legal, this would be possible already with currently available methods.
Indian Caste System And Skin Color Go Hand In Hand: Study
According to a recent study, the Indian caste system and skin color go hand in hand. While a huge section of the Indian population is said to have a fascination for fairer skin, here comes a study that connects skin color with the Indian caste system.
