In most European countries we have (nearly) free healthcare. It covers nearly everything and since im currently NEET, i dont need to pay into my health insurance since the government covers the cost for me

Which impediment specifically? Mine is that I can't pronounce words with R (rhotacism). I sound goofy as fuck when I listen to my own voice recording. Many times people don't understand clearly what I spoke and ofc I have been made fun of because of this. More brutal than it seems.
