Yeah, but I think just for a short period of time, they will use the excuse of women's position in the past and they will say men own them fewer working hours and that men will need to work 12 hours per day to compensate.

This already pretty much happens. In the UK, there's a law which stipulates companies have to publish "gender pay gap" data-- which is then used by employees to sue. You see adverts saying shit like "did you work for x company? you could be entitled to compensation" re: them. So, for example, if you work in a supermarket you're entitled to be paid the same, regardless of what the job is. A female on the tills is entitled to be paid the same as a dude hauling heavy shit around the warehouse or a guy with extra qualifications (like a forklift truck license etc).

I worked in a supermarket. One day I had to go help out on the "beauty" aisle, which was 100% female staff. I'd never had such easy work in my life.
