S & M: Short & Male is a documentary about the struggles that short men face in dating and everything else. At 48:00 into the documentary is the story of a 4'11" Curry man named Akash. Akash wants to be taller because no woman will touch him with a ten feet long pole because he is only 4'11". Akash gets limb lengthening surgery. The limb lengthening surgery makes Akash 5'1". There are skin whitening treatments available that can make a dark skinned person's skin lighter. Why doesn't Akash say anything about the need to get his skin lightened? Why does Akash strictly focus on getting taller? Because height is infinitely more important to women than race!
