If you get adverts for things you only thought about, it's likely because they have a long term suviellance program on you, really everyone, so it feels as if they are in your head, but you can learn a lot in a few months just listening to someone or watching someone type every minute of the day.

But many of these people spying on you have also done obscene things, far more murderous and evil than anything you've done.

It might not even be an HR women on the other end denying you, but an AI agent/algorithm simply discarding your application before it ever reaches the foid, who will deny you anyway.
