So recently my dad finally accepted the blackpill he comes from a weak incel-tier subhuman bloodline which he degraded even further by marrying and procreating with my giga-femcel mom. Since then, he's been struggling to deal with the despair of the prospect of his family life nearing its end with total failure, seeing my mom completely bedridden and LDARing to the point of near death, as well as me a suicidal truecel NEET with no hope or prospects.

He's now taking out his despair and frustration people who work under us who are at no fault of their own, and like us here, he also vocally contemplates beating up those who've wronged him. His outbursts, misery, and frustrations are pushing him towards mental illness. And it doesn't help his case that he's also very autistic with no friends or social life. He has no communication skills. He's worse than us autistcels here who at least can interact and talk to one another.

How do I help him out?

I wouldn't know how to help someone like that, other than to rreassure him that you won't harm yourself and make the best of the situation and maybe be theere for him when he gets to old to take care of himself.
