Yeah, this surgery is not for normal people. It's best for people with actual deformities. She is the victim of her perfectionism.

Her nose was upturned before, not hooked. She had a medium sized nose, nothing wrong with it. Wasted 70k even if it turned out good, instead she paid all that to have her perfectly fine nose made unsightly.
