I plan to end my life sometime in the future (definitely not right now), but I’m seriously trying to find a way to not leave any trace of where I left to.

Is it possible to take a wooden boat into the ocean and drown myself? Or bury myself in a hole in the middle of nowhere? If so, how would I travel that far without a car?

I really need help on this!

sure, no reason you can't throw a motor on a wooden boat and get pretty far off shore. check the tides and currents and get lost

I’m just terrified of my body being in the hands of anyone.

Maybe at the mouth of a river, where the currents will just take you out to sea? Probably easier than just getting a boat and drowning.

with just paddles it might be hard to get out there. but with a motor yes. probably want a day when the ocean is calm. choppy water is hard to move through on a small boat
