Best photo editing apps?

I want to take photos where I edit in an anime girl but all the apps I see just take images and insert them as stupid squares, plus very hard to edit it and make it fit well. Advice? Don't judge

You could use kinemaster which is a video editor, find the character you want in front of a green screen, edit her in, then turn on the chroma key or whatever it is, then screenshot it once it looks the way you want it.
