Sure, they don’t compete with premium $140 shoes.

But they are really good for the money they cost.

I know that a lot of my brother incels here are neet and don’t have much money.

i actually run using the work shoes, they're big and a bit heavy but very though and can handle hardcore sprinting
i thought about buying some legit sprinting shoes but i really think it's stupid to waste money when i already can run using normal ones

Run with no shoes at least once a week to increase your feet strength. Lightly. Just 25-35min of light jogging.

Yeah Nike Pegasus for me but they can be around £80-£120. I've gotten used to having both good foam and air features. I have to save up to buy them though.
