You get bullied if you're low status and not a physical threat, and not looking like you're threatening facewise. So a smallframed short fatcel without a strong jaw could easily get bullied as well. But I definitely recommend going for a built slightly overweight look if you're a framecel like me. I got treated like shit when I was lower body fat due to having a non-threatening face and frame + being below average height.
