Idk if you are 5"2 and below maybe but if you are above 5"4 you can reach 6ft with LL if you have enough time and money.
You can do 2-3 inches per LL and per segment. You can do femurs twice for example if you wait long enough so you can gain 9-10 inches if you have 180k.
LL if you do it internal is literally painless beyong mild discomfort.

IMO it is not the worst of the worst (like i'd rather be a 5'8 guy than a Palestinian 9 year old who got their house bombed.... barely) but i'd say being black, a tranny, a cripple, a downie, is better than being a man under 5'10. I was 5"5 in summer and i did LL internally over 2 months ago and now i am 5"7.5. While not the best its a start. Obviously i will frauf to 5"9 or even 5"10 if i manage with lifts. When i have some money again i will try to do another double LL and reach 6ft or maybe even above that to escape heightism and get height hailo instead

I did LL precice 2.2. I grew a MM a day and went from 165ish to 171. I lengthend 5cm but the operation itself gives you 5mm so i got 55mm in height and some more MM due to it correcting my hip imbalance.
When i have money again I will try to do another 6cm tibia and another 6cm femur.
I am now finished with lengthening and appart from first days in hospital which were a little bit painful (still much less then expected) I didnt have any real pain.
If you are 5"9 and do 6cm femur and tibia you could get up to 187-9 Which mogs in every country. Theoretically you could reach 191cm if you max it but i wouldnt do above 6cm on a single bone per operation.
