My life has been irrevocably ruined thanks to that diagnosis, and even worse is that I constantly get reminders about how my life could be normal, could be better, if it wasn't for that. I have female colleagues discussing smut at work as if it was normal, I barely see my brother anymore because he's always at his girlfriend, I regularly go out and realize it is easy for anyone who isn't legally retarded to get a partner. It is painfully obvious I am not "normal" so talking to women is like trying to fast-track a harassment conviction. Once you have been diagnosed, you are pretty much doomed, with very little chance at reproduction, friendships, or leading a normal life.
