Being a highly sensitive person will not affect women's dating value and much of her life, but if you're a highly sensitive man (aka, a bitch) you will suffer. As a man you are supposed to be the stronger sex. Worrying about people's feelings and overthinking about stuff and being sensitive just gets in the way. I would rather have normal or low empathy than have to deal with being highly sensitive. Also, being nice and caring to people often results in you being taken advantage of or being bullied.
