Being fat lets me look bigger in clothing, even wearing size Large clothing feels tight on me and my wrists look much bigger covered by fat. If I became skinny again, I would be a framecel and get treated even worse.

Not so bad in winter since you can cover everything up in thick clothing, in summer you just look fat.
Being fat helps you in fights too. A 5'2" manlet that weighs 300lbs can destroy a 6'3" skinny 140lb twig. If he knows how to use his weight.
