I think men respect kindness. At least I do. If you want to make friends, it's a good trait to have.
But not for sexual relationships. Women don't respect virtues like kindness. They see it as a weakness to be taken advantage of. Nothing more. I've even seen kind chads get passed over in favor of low-inhib psychopath chads.
