I believe I had mentioned in a earlier thread, that my relatives were ranting against my looksmaxxing campaign, as I lost a bit of fat in the cheeks they noticed it and told me not to lean further.

It's obvious that your relatives may not have the ideal intention in mind, in fact, their 'goal' for yours are opposite to what is objectively right. They may be attempting to sabotage your progress, with the evil intentions, or just plainly ignorant.

Take my grandmother for example, I'm sure that she is a wonderful person who genuinely have good intentions, as she would take us out to meals, offer us assistance when in need and have taken care of me when I was little.

However she was one of the few against my looksmaxxing and actually said that fat people are more 'pretty' in the face (what women says don't always align to their thoughts) so I know that her 'advise' is rotten and not to be trusted, and should be discarded and disregarded.

In fact I have said earlier, even though if they are not trying to sabotage you, their advises may be wrong and downright harmful to your road to success/progress in anything in life. You have to examine them before following.

Yeah that advise from your grandma reveals her as non trustworthy. She probably wants to make sure you are available to support her. I think my mum has been doing the same to me, fattening me up, buying me unstylish clothes when I was younger, christian and socialist equality endoctrination and many more things she has done to try to make me weak and dependant on her. If she wanted what was best for me she would have made me strong instead and given some tough love like I needed.
