So it turns out I may be facing a big family gathering upon going home for Christmas this year. It's various families from the paternal side that may be coming together. Now the chance this actually happens I consider to be fairly small, but I still need to be prepared. For what? Well without being too specific, one of my cousins that would in theory be there has grown up to be a complete NT-mogger with a perfect social life and literal fairytale romance relationship. I last saw him years ago (~2017), and seeing the divergence of our lives is quite upsetting. (I know what I know mainly from his instagram that I found.)
In the event this happens, I intend to ruin the gathering for everyone by complaining that this divergence is unjust. In the event that the confrontation turns physical (with him, other cousins, uncles, all of the above), I want to be ready. I never learned to fight at all due to my complete milktoast cucked upbringing. (Unfortunately my dad was one of those "turn the other cheek" people who avoided violence at all costs.) Can anyone recommend some basic fighting tutorials, nothing crazy, just like how to do 1-2 punches, blocks, uppercuts, and especially getting stable stance. I tried to train a bit by instinct in front of my mirror, but my movements felt robotic and I was practically losing my balance even without an actual opponent.
