13-17, imo shouldn't be prosecuted. Many of those kids would just engage in fornication, do drugs or get into fights with their free time. Better off slaving and producing shareholder value

In all srsness, whether they want to do it for getting extra spending money or because their family is too poor, I can understand. But since they’re kids and working graveyard shifts, someone should make sure they’re getting enough sleep and balancing their life properly with school and home as well. If employers want to accept teen labour, then they should also treat them like teens still if you know what I mean.
