A 5’2 guy who gets LL will end up 5’5 max. So there’s nothing some people can do to fix being short, though you can shed down from 230 lbs to 130 lbs. I’m STRONGLY considering doing leg lengthening so I can be 6’0, I’m lucky that I can at least heightmaxx to a decent size.
I am also considering LL once I get facial reconstructive surgery. Lookism and limblengtheningforums have pretty good info on it. It’s also possible to get 5 inches safely tbh IF you have the $$, 3” femur 2” tibia with paley is prettyyy fucking safe (he says you can do more lol) but will run you nearly 200,000$

5 inches is risky, I’d go for 3 max and wear lifts to become 6’2 or so. I know I can get it in Russia for 10,000$ but it is sketchy. Though I think that face is the place, I want to fix my facial flaws before anything else. But holy fuck surgery is so expensive.
