It's easy to argue that things are working properly when the outcome is in your favor.
By that same logic r/IncelTear is not banned while incel subs are because r/IncelTear isn't a bullying and harrassment sub unlike incel subs.
Even though there is enough evidence that r/IncelTear is a bullying sub but reddit admins are reluctant to take action to quarantine or ban that sub.
