Banned From Therapy

A month ago, I talked to my psychiatrist.
He pretty much just does my medication.

Anyway, he asked me to go back to counseling with a therapist.
I agreed to give it a try and he said that a therapist would call me.

Well, it’s been a month and no one ever called.

I said in another post that there was a conspiracy against me there.
Pointing out that I have never been assigned a foid therapist, despite 95% of the therapists there being foids.
And how it was very unlikely that I got 3 male therapists in a row just randomly.

I guess I was right.

No therapist has called me because no foid therapist wants to work with me, and I already worked previously with all the men.

So, they just can’t put me back into therapy.

It will be very interesting to hear what my psychiatrist has to say at my next appointment.

I can almost guarantee that he will say that I don’t need therapy.
After making such a big fuss about how I needed therapy at my last appointment with him.

He certainly will not say that none of the therapists want to talk to me.
Though that is almost certainly the truth.

Then, I went to another therapist centre, here from first impressions she already saw my face and she suggested to my face, "Do you think maybe a male therapist could help you?" I'm not even kidding. That was kind of enlightening in a way cause I needed that. I needed that awakening.

My suggestion is deal with psychologists to get your diagnoses, and don't bother with therapists. More expensive ones might be beneficial, but then I doubt they're worth the cost.
