Serious Bad parents ruin your life

I have really bad parents and I believe they ruined my mental state
Extremely narcissistic abusive father who only thinks for himself
And a mother who always goes after this asshole without thinking how it will affect her children
Can anyone else relate ?

My parents are gone now, but they abused me like nothing.
My family still ignores me and treats me like I'm a tool to them.

Father didnt teach me how to be a man so to speak. I don't remember him giving ANY life advice to me. He was always busy in his hobbies. Makes me wonder why he made me in the first place.

Mother was always demanding good behavior, being agreeable, and have ignored my deformities back when they couldve been easilly fixed.

Neither created an atmosphere where I could share my personal issues, nor any of them actively help with my continual social alienation.

I wish I had proper parents, father was abusive Chad , mother was a becky who always defends the abuser because he’s chad

That is too true for me as well.

I wish to find people like me man and we can defend each other
