in addition to using abbreviations like "ngl" and "tbh" excessively in my sentences I have recently just been saying "Fuck the Jews" to myself out loud whenever im thinking/tired/focusing/etc and cant think of anything else to say. its kind of just become a compulsive response

Use filler phrases all the time. "Accordingly" is my favorite one, I also use "That's it"/"It occurs" or the same sentence structure.
I also tend to overuse the nominalisation excessively in written text. I also think loudly very often by whispering or repeating stuff (often while doing excessive pronounciation).

Can't relate. I always go the extra mile to not look retarded and I still can't let go of "Hmmmm" "Ehhh" and other retarded sounds that signify that I'm still thinking. I do use a filler word but it's on my native language and I don't want to get doxxed.
