Very true. Id rather die in my mid 20s of a disease than life a live like this. This is brutal but there will probably never be a cure for autism anytime soon. Scientists don't even know the exact genetic mutations that cause it + plus a cure would probably only work by altering genetic material before a baby is born.

Some people autism won't affect too negatively with increased iq comes easier time masking + with chad features those autists will be fine
But severe autists either with mental and physical deficiency would be better off dead
