Venting Audio in the 4th dimension.

Would sounds in a fourth dimension have shadows in audio form? Maube some kind of like a physical manifestation in the space of the 4th dimension?

Would the sound vibrate and disturb all space and matter it comes into contact with? Would it reverberate in a 4th dimensional object permanently leaving it altered?
