Ate too much garbage today

You would think I was a tiger shark or seagull with the amount of utter garbage Walmart slop I’ve consumed today, holy shit.

I try to do better with my diet but I’m so damn lazy that I don’t prepare anything healthy all the time and often resort to quicker but shittier options.

And worst of all it doesn’t always solve my hunger and I end up eating garbage all day due to laziness. I can feel the heart disease and diabetes kicking in.
