I'm often more of an audiophile than a visuophile which is why I like the voice acting in anime so much (plus it can drown out other noise, unlike reading manga) so maybe it appeals to me more than most?

I know the women doing in on YT are sloots anyway but it's easier for me to convince my subconscious they're not sloots when I just see them making lewd noises instead of fucking chad.

I'm personally not a fan of the sexual stuff because I would rather prefer to just watch actual porn instead of imagining I'm fucking someone while listening to their voice, let alone some of the weird kinky stuff, just not relaxing because sex is so extreme and you know you aren't actually having it so it's not validating, but when it's the stuff like the 1:1 personal attention, especially if it's positively affirming then it's one of the most satisfying feelings in the world to me. Even when I know that someone isn't actually talking to me and it's probably toxic to have a parasocial relationship with a foid, let alone probably a degenerate one, the feeling like someone wants to comfort you and give you their attention is just so nice.
