I realize this now after leaving for a month.
Initially I got internet-sick and wanted to reduce my screen time, but that proved to be useless. Nothing changed between now and then.
Being chronically online isn't the issue, it's a coping mechanism for being socially dysfunctional and mentally impaired by years of forced isolation.
I did exactly as an IT cuck would tell you to do, it's fucking retarded.

I came to the same realization after my own requested self-ban.

I thought the forum was making me feel bad. But then I noticed it wasn't the forum itself making me feel bad. I was feeling bad without the forum, too. And even before the forum, I still felt bad.

The forum isn't the problem. The problem is women are cruel and shallow, and we were born ugly in a society that hates men.
