I use Doordash to get most of my essential groceries. For the birds, I would consider some king of predator urine. Maybe you can do a small hobby like whittling? Opinel Knives are pretty cheap on Amazon. Its a cheap little hobby and maybe you can sell your works on a little eBay store. I like to smoke. I should bite the bullet and buy some chunks of wood to start whittling.
