I should be around 11 kg (24 lbs) overweight but I am on a very strict diet and already lost lot of weight. Still, I'd describe myself as fat.

I fluctuate between 173lbs > 180lbs at 5ft10. My lean body mass is 143lbs. So my bodyfat is about 18.5% at 173lbs.

I've been as high as 195lbs. In my early 20's I was still going through puberty and was 129lbs with a 27 inch waist, lol.

I could do with aiming and maintaining around 167lbs.
