There's a bit more to it, but this is basically it. They're also looking for tangents to other forms of extremism as well as domestic terrorism. Anything that's adjacent to those things is what's going to perk up their pricks. With all of the glorification of mass shooters on this forum, I'm starting to wonder who isn't a fed these days. It's almost like they're desperate to see who takes the bait and bites so they can develop their next sting target.

It's a mix of both. Beware of anyone who tries to develop a one-on-one relationship with you off of the site (chinkord etc.) to try and influence you towards that direction. I assume that the feds probably watch sites with a lot of "extremists" by using a bot that can determine if a user might be an extremist. From there they probably watch more closely, but again, they would have to convince a judge in order to get a search warrant in order to actually raid you.

I seriously doubt they have actual employees looking at thousands of autistic posts from random people. At most they have someone review what the bot flags. It just makes more sense that way.
