I have always hated horror entertainment. I'm about to delve into Outlast to try to self-improve and become a stronger person.
This unironically lowered my inhibition. I recommend it.If you're looking to desensitize yourself, I've found it better to just binge gore/snuff/death vids.

That's another option I've been considering. Thanks for the idea. This unironically lowered my inhibition. I recommend it.
Go for it. Videogames are a good cope. Besides, you'll get so used to scary situations that at some point it won't bother you anymore. I remember being nervous around people and always avoiding fights, but after playing some GTA V I've decided to beat the shit out of anyone who dares torment me. Though I still hope there is some additional benefit to horror video games since they put you in an active role.
