I have always hated horror entertainment. I'm about to delve into Outlast to try to self-improve and become a stronger person.

That's another option I've been considering. Thanks for the idea.

Though I still hope there is some additional benefit to horror video games since they put you in an active role.

Go for it. Videogames are a good cope. Besides, you'll get so used to scary situations that at some point it won't bother you anymore. I remember being nervous around people and always avoiding fights, but after playing some GTA V I've decided to beat the shit out of anyone who dares torment me. LOL.

Haha, that's awesome. I wish I were big enough to be a able to be physically threatening.

GTA 4 has a truly amazing atmoshpere of a cold and dangerous metropolis and I actually like it more than GTA 5. I understand though that it probably feels too janky for most people. It's an acquired taste really.

I'm one hour in and I can say this game is an uncomfortable experience
