They are where I live. Places public and private are enacting new policies: You can't come in without a mask. Public transit, grocery stores, etc. Don't have money for a fancy N95 mask? Aren't hospitals supposed to be short on those anyway? That's fine. You can wear any kind of secure face covering. But you have to wear one. Or you can't get on the bus or go in the store, etc. I keep my mask on me, even though I don't always wear it because it's hard to breathe in. Not just in case I come to a place with a mask policy, but also because police are doing patrols in my area to make sure essential travel guidelines are being adhered to. And I saw them. Paddy wagon pulled right up on me. Slapped my mask on as soon I saw them heading my way.

I don't understand. You're all men, right?!! How can you stand by and watch this happen??? To me? You men! You're supposed to protect me! This is rape! And I know people here laugh at me and say that it's not rape, but it is! And to me? You're supporting rape culture.

Anyway that's the sad story of how I was raped at the grocery store today.

I have n95 masks and I don't wear them because I don't give a fuck. Most of what people wear is useless because they don't wear it properly and it does not have the fine meshes. Only really works in case you are sick, I guess to not spread it. The problem is that people touch many items in public so you are really unprotected in the end. Humans are very desperate to cling to life.

Yes , we have some pretty strict laws here.
Strict Quarantine, no classes and basically shut in. Can't even go trekking which I used to do on a weekly basis.
