so I was passing by this fastfood store at night and saw this chick who was the cashier or smth, she was serving this costumer but we made deep eye contact for like 2 seconds :chad: and she giggled at me so I thought fuck it let me shoot my shot

went back and asked for her number. Hit her up and waited for a reply. A few hours later she send me a voice message. Instinctively I decided to not listen yet as I didn't want to ruin my day.

Today I wake up and decide to listen to it, she says: "Hey, I gave you number but I actually got a bf" and then I hear the guy's voice in the background saying "Yeah, she has a boyfriend" and then I hear her laughing proceeding to say: "But we can still be friends"

Needless to say it was the nail in the coffin to destroy my already bad day. I bet she went straight to his house after her work and had passionate sex with chad, eventually checking her phone afterwards and seeing my message... :incel::feels:

I'm just done with this, I had enough of rejections, enough of sad, lonely nights, enough of never having the huge effort I put in this never paying off... I just want it to end already... :feelscry:

Happened once to me but with a museum's employee, but it was a stupid move anyways. I don't approach employees usually, but since this girl smiled and made eye contact with me I thought why not...

But as usual it went more or less like I expected. Wish I could be wrong at least once...

You know, sometimes I even enjoy approaching, I have some positive reactions, the problem is the outcome which is always the same. But this time I felt really embarrassed, not for doing the approach but to myself, I felt silly for actually thinking she was giving me IOIs at this point in time.
